The property is situated in the northern Victorian town of Tongala, strategically located to service Victoria’s northern dairy region, one of the State’s three major dairy production regions, along with the wider Goulburn Valley, often referred as the ‘fruit bowl’ of Victoria. The two large-scale plots will be joined together to contribute to northern Victoria’s food processing sector. Nestle Australia used to have a dairy processing factory on the site. The 23,000 square meter facility consists of multiple production zones that are fully equipped and ready for immediate production. Production line can also be transformed to meet other production needs.
