Stretton is located 17 kilometers south of Brisbane CBD, adjacent to the Chinese community of Sunnybank, and is a well-known Chinese luxury residential area in Brisbane. The area has a high concentration of Chinese residents, with convenient living facilities and well-planned infrastructure. The Stretton Shopping Centre is also close by. The area is home to the renowned Stretton College, which is one of the top public schools in the area.
